Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation

Refund of the Course Fee or Cancellation of Subscriptions is admissible before Logging in to the Course or within 7 days of the Payment through the payment gateway, whichever is earlier. No refund request is entertained once the course is accessed by the participant.

Refund Process

The individual need to send a refund request through an email with the subject as "Cancellation of Course Subscription".

If the refund is admissible as per the criteria mentioned above the refund will be made within a period of 7 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
